To commemorate 550 years since the establishment of the mutt and to honour the collective chanting of 550 crores Shree Rama Taraka Mantra Japa’s by our community members, Parama Poojya Shreemad Vidyadheesh Teerth Swamiji have decided to install a 77- feet bronze Idol of “MARYADA PURUSHOTTAM LORD SHREE RAM” at the Partagali premises, during SARDHA PANCHASHATAMANOTSAV Programme (550th Year Celebration) of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math,scheduled from 27th November 2025 to 07th December 2025, as a symbol of devotion and respect towards lord Shree Ram. This was announced by Swamiji on Bengaluru Chaturmasa Day, 27-07-2024.

Following the announcement, many community members expressed their desire to contribute towards this sacred project through donations. In response, Parma Poojya Swamiji bestowed this blessed opportunity to our community members at large and gave final consent on the Abhivandana day of Parama Poojya Shreemad Vidyadhiraj Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji, 18-08-2024. It’s a true blessing for our samaj bandhavas from Parama Poojya Shreemad Vidyadheesh Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji.

To facilitate this, Swamiji have formed the “SHREE RAMA PRATIMA KANIKA SEVA SAMITI” and have appointed 10 members with specific responsibilities to monitor and coordinate with respective japakendra.

This holy Seva from all Samaj Bandhavas will create a feeling of oneness and will showcase the strength and support to this unique project of our lifetime.

SHREE RAMA PRATIMA KANIKA SEVA coupon is launched with a face value of Rs.5500/- for every willing donor who wants to contribute to this 77-Foot Bronze Idol of Lord Shree Rama. To commemorate 550 years of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Mutt, founded in 1475, this seva amount has been thoughtfully chosen.

The Shree Rama Nama Japa Abhiyan is currently being conducted in 120 Japakendras across the country. To facilitate donations, the Japakendras will also serve as distribution and information centers for the Shree Rama Pratima Kanika Seva. This Pratima Kanika seva is open until December 07, 2025. As a token of gratitude, donors will receive prasad in the form of a bronze coin replicating the idol of Lord Shree Rama infront of the Lord Rama Idol itself.
